Jan Hertz is a composer, sound artist, and coder who creates music using electronics, a piano, various instruments and field recordings. He has released a whole series of albums and singles in various constellations, played over 100 concerts, and has created installation works, soundtracks, and interactive experiences. Jan studied sound studies with Kraftwerk's Karl Bartos and still likes playing with Legos. His studio has been located in Berlin for many years.
